Tube
... you can choose any tube you want. I used
a tube from a tube group, called Tubes To Go, and you
can download the used tube here, but please leave the
file name as it appears. If you don't have Filters
Unlimited 2, you can still make this taggie ... just
download the needed picture here
and start with the Selection/Color Range.

| DESCRIPTION:
Make
a stylish Sig Tag with
PI and different filters.
New Image: Canvas color:
White and Size: 300x300 Pixels.
Effect/Filters Unlimited 2/Special Effects 2 (red arrow)/Filmstrip
(white arrow). Set a mark for Rotate Film (white hand).
Click Apply.
If
you downloaded the picture of the filmstrip, start with the
next step. (You can also make a mask of the picture ... then you
can use this filmstrip in different ways!)
Selection/Color
Range, set the Similarity to 100 (white hand), choose Invert
(red arrow) and use the Eyedropper (white arrow) to pick the
black color in your left preview window (red ring).
Normally I don't use the Invert command, but in this case you
will get a much cleaner selection by doing it like I did.
Effect/Eye
Candy 4/Shadowlab and use these settings:
Center Offset Direction: 320
Center Offset Distance: 5.55
Overall Opacity: 40
Overall Blur: 5.70
Perspective Blur: 0.00
Color: White
+ Draw Only Outside Selection (red arrow)
Click OK and Merge All. |
Selection
Tool/Magic Wand (red arrow), Mode: + (white arrow) and
Similarity: 100 (white hand).
Select the big white parts of your filmstrip ... as you can see
on the screenshot.
Open the tube you want to use, copy (Ctrl+C) the
tube (1), activate the main
picture and go to Edit/ Paste/Into Selection (red arrow).
Now,
as long as you don't click your mouse ... and you can see the
crosshair (red ring), you can move the tube (picture) inside
the selection as you wish. By clicking your left mouse button
you place the tube.
Add a name as you wish, and your taggie is finished! :))

Your
Sig Tag could also look like this one ...

...
or - perhaps - like this one :))

And
one more ... only this time the background has the same
color as my homepage! :))
| That's it! A stylish Sig Tag ... made with
PI and different filters. HAVE FUN!!!
