| DESCRIPTION:
Make an easy and stylish Sig Tag with
PI and one 3rd party filter.
|
 |
Open
a New Image: Canvas color: White and Size: 400x400
Pixels.
Open your tube (1), copy (Ctrl+C) the tube, activate the main
picture (2) and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy on it.
Right click the tube on our main picture/Properties/
Position & Size (3)/Position, and use these settings
(depending on your tube, of course!):
Left: 19 and Top: 27 (white arrows).
Click OK and minimize the original tube (1).
Merge All.
|
|
 |
Effect/Greg's
Factory Output (red arrow)/Blowout (white arrow) and use these
settings (1):
Frequency: 255
Amplitude: 210
Phase: 0
Your screenshot might look different, since I'm using Filters
Unlimited 2 ... but the settings are the same anyway.
Click Apply.
|
|
 |
Open
a New Image, Canvas: White and Image size: Active
image (400x400 Pixels).
Your
screenshot should look like my one now. New Image (2) and the
one we worked on (1). |
|
|
|
Activate
the one we worked on (1), copy (Ctrl+C), activate the New
Image and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy on it (2).
Choose the Pick Tool (white hand) and change the Transparency to 50 % (red
arrow).
Merge All.
You can close picture 1 - from now on picture 2 will be our main
picture.
|
|
|
|
Maximize
your tube (1), copy (Ctrl+C) the tube, activate the main
picture (2) and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy on it.
Close the original tube and activate the tube on your picture.
Go to Adjust/Resize/Apply to: Selected object (red arrow) and change the size to 80 Percent
(white hand).
Photo/Focus/Options and change the Level to 1. (This is a
step you should consider all the time you're resizing
something with PI.)
Keep the tube activated.
|
|
|
|
Right
click the tube/Properties/Position & Size (white hand)/Position:
Left: 108 (red arrow)
Top: 109 (white arrow).
Click OK.
Choose the Text Tool, add your name.
Merge All, and the taggie
is finished :)
|
|
And
that's how my finished taggie looks in the original size :))
|
|

|
| That's it! An easy and stylish Sig Tag ... made with
PI and one 3rd party filter.
HAVE FUN!!!
