DESCRIPTION: Make an easy, but stylish Sig Tag with PI and just one 3rd party filter.

Remember to save often!

Open a New Image: White canvas and 370x335 Pixels.  (Choose a color that fits your website, letters, et. cetera.)
Open the tube you want to use, copy (Ctrl+C) the tube (1), activate our main picture (2), and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy of the tube on it.
Right click the tube on our main picture/Properties/ Position & Size (3)/and go to Size.
Check that you have ticked the box Keep aspect ratio (red arrow) and change the Height to 295 (white hand).
Now we can change the position of the tube:
Left: 60 and Top: 20 (white arrows).
Click OK and minimize the original tube (1).
Merge All.

Go to Effect/dsb flux/Blast and use these settings (depending on the tube you are using!):
Direction: Left (red arrow)
Blast Amount/Percentage %: 18 (white arrow).
Click OK.
Repeat this effect, but this time you change the Direction of the Blast (red arrow) to the Right. Use the same Blast Amount as before.

Go to Effect/dsb flux/Mirror and use these settings (depending on the tube you are using!):
Mirror Position: 49 (1)
Blend: 60 (1)
Direction: Horizontal (red arrow).
Click OK.

Now maximize the original tube, copy it and paste it on your main picture. Right click/Properties/Position&Size and resize the tube as we did before. Afterwards  you can position the tube like we did the first time.
Deselect the tube (click on the background), and choose the Text Tool. Find a font you want to use - I used SpaceAge (1), Size: 70, Mode: 2D Object, Style: Bold, Color:  176/90/42 (white arrow) and 1 pixel border in the Color: 108/23/8 (white hand).
Set your mouse marker on your picture (see screenshot - red arrow).

Click the button Tool Settings (1), and now we can change some important settings. I wanted a vertical text, so tick  the box Vertical (white hand). To make my text looking nice, I changed the setting Rotate to -90 (white arrow), and the setting Character spacing to 15 (red arrow). The Character spacing setting depends on the font you've chosen.
First now you can start to write the name you want to appear vertical on the picture.
Keep the text activated.

Right click/Align/Center Vertically (white arrow).
Keep the Text activated.

Right click/Shadow and use these settings:
Black + 5.altern (red arrow) + default settings.
Click OK and deselect the text.

Activate the tube and give it the same kind of shadow as we did for the text.

Merge All.

Here's the result in the original size :))

That's it! A stylish, but still very easy Sig Tag ... made with PI and one 3rd party filter. HAVE FUN!!!
