| DESCRIPTION:
This tutorial shows you how you can make a beautiful frame to decorate your
photos with.
The tutorial was originally written for PSP by Lisette and Karin, and I got
their permission to rewrite the tutorial for PhotoImpact. You'll find the
original tutorial "Les Flutwave" here
and don't forget - have a look at their homepage L&K's
Wonder Site. You'll find a lot of interesting things
there - PSP tutorials (several languages), filters, masks, textures, brushes, +
+ +. It's really worth a visit :))

Border width, Direction: Inward, Shape: Box.

easy if you use similar colors for the background and the
border. (On the assumption that all sides have been expanded
