Open the picture
you want to use.
Go to Effect/Bordermania/3D BW Raised
#1:
30 + Notch Corners (red arrow).
Adjust/Expand Canvas, Expand color: 177/100/73,
Left: 40 + Top: 40 + Bottom: 5 + Right: 5
and select the border with the Magic Wand Tool. |

Open
your EP/Galleries/Particle(1)/Rain and right click
the thumbnail Rain 10 (2). Choose Modify Properties and Apply
and use
these settings under Basic (red arrow):
1000/61/6/55 + 14/28/25
Color (white hand): 98/98/98.
Use these settings under Advanced (white arrow):
0/75/4/0.
Click OK/Apply Current Frame Effect to image and keep the
border selected.
Effect/Almathera/A Halo: Black + 5/23.
Deselect. |

Expand
sides equally: 3 pixels, Color: White, and select the border.
Go to Edit/Fill/Image (red arrow)/File (white arrow) and find the file you've downloaded. Remember to check the box Tile the image (1) and click
OK.
Keep the border selected.
Go to Effect/Bordermania/Frame #2:
3/3/110/110 + Notch Corners.
Deselect. |

Expand Canvas, Expand color: White.
Left: 40 + Top: 40 + Bottom: 5 + Right: 5, select the border
and go to Edit/Fill/Image (red arrow)/File (white
arrow) and find the 2.file you've downloaded - k18.
Remember to check the box Tile the image
(1).
Click OK and keep the border selected. |

Go
to Web/Button Designer/Any Shape/Basic (red arrow):
Light angle: 135
Light elevation: 45
Bevel size: 13
Bevel smoothness: 2
Under Bevel (white arrow) you choose the last Bevel type.
Deselect.
Expand sides equally: 3 pixels; Expand color: White, select
the border and go to Edit/Fill/Image/File and use the same
goldfill as before. Keep the border selected, and
go to Effect/Bordermania/Frame #2:
3/3/110/110 + Notch Corners.
Merge All.
