IMPORTANT NOTE:

Supplies: The lady tube is from the internet, and the other tube is made by me
(the original photo is from www.pdphoto.org - Free Public Domain Photo Base.)
The background texture and the mask are also made by me.
You are allowed to download the material here and use it for your private use,
but you are not allowed to change the name of the tubes/mask or the background,
or to delete the watermark, neither offer them for sale or download.

Remember to save often!

Before we start, you should open the masks, and store them into your Easy Palette. In case you need to freshen up your memory on how to save a mask into the EP - you can take a look at one of my other tutorials, where I explain a little bit more about how to use a mask in PI. You'll find the tutorial here.
Important - in my tutorials my masks fit the chosen background/object ... you achieve this by right clicking any mask inside the original category Mask Library in your Easy Palette. Now you choose the option Fit Mask.

Very important:
Do NOT merge the pictures before I tell you to do so!

Open the texture ... ik-texture_0022 ... and the tube ...  ik_background_0240.

Copy (Ctrl+C) the tube (1), and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy on the texture (2).
Right click the tube on the texture, Properties/Position & Size, and make sure the box "Keep the aspect ratio" is ticked (red arrow). Change the Width to 1075 (white hand).
Now we can change the position of the tube too:
Left: - 198 and Top: - 109 (white arrows).
Click OK and keep the tube activated.

Choose the Pick Tool (white hand) and change the Transparency to 25 (red arrow) and the Soft edge to 70 (white arrow).
Keep the tube activated.

Effect/Xero/Soft Mood and use these settings:
50/50/50/80 + untick the box "Lock sliders" + 0/0.
Click OK and deselect the tube (Enter).

Open the tube ... lady bij waterkant ... copy and paste it on our main picture.
Right click the tube on our main picture, Properties/ Position & Size, and change the position to:
Left: - 29 (red arrow) and Top: 246 (white arrow).
Click OK and keep the tube activated.

Choose the Pick Tool and change the Soft edge of the tube to 42.
Keep the tube activated, right click/Duplicate.
Keep the duplicate activated.

Go to Edit/Fade Out and use these settings:
Fill type: 2.altern. (white hand)
Fill color: Two-color:
100% (white arrow) - 30% (red arrow).
Click OK and deselect the tube (Enter).

Open your Easy Palette/Libraries (white hand) and double -click the mask ... ik-mask_055-porcelain_border (1) ..., which you've downloaded, unzipped and stored into the EP.

On the screenshot you can see the mask applied on our picture.
Keep the mask selected.

Go to Edit/Fill/Color (white hand) and fill the border with the Color: 92/117/110 (red arrows).
Deselect the border (spacebar).

Merge All.

Add some text as you wish, Merge All, and your blend is finished. :))

Here's the result in the original size :))

That's it! A beautiful blend ... made with PI. HAVE FUN!!!
