Supplies: The tube is from Jet and the fill from Acadie's Art - thank you both for your wonderful work!
The scrap elements I've got from different Yahoo-groups, the backgrounds and the text-file I've made myself.
You are allowed to download the material here and use it for your private use,
but you are not allowed to change the name of the tube/fill/elements, backgrounds or text-file,

Open the background ... ik-background-01 ... and duplicate (Ctrl+D) it twice.
Close the original background, and minimize one of the duplicates,  -
we'll work on the other one.

Open the tube ... jet-beauty1-september-2007 ... , copy (Ctrl+C) the tube, and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy of the tube on our background.
Right click the tube on the background/Properties/Position & Size/Size, and resize the tube.
Make sure the box "Keep aspect ratio" is ticked.
First change the Width to 576,
and then set the Position to: Left: - 175 / Top: - 1.
Click OK and Merge All.

Right click/All, right click/Border, Border width: 2 Pixels, Direction: Inward, Shape: Box and Anti-aliasing.

Go to Edit/Fill/Image/File and find the downloaded and unzipped fill with the name ... rosesatin.jpg.
Click OK and deselect the border (spacebar).
Minimize this picture ... we'll soon need it again.

Maximize the second duplicate and go to Adjust/Resize.
Untick the box "Keep aspect ratio" and change the Width to 800 Pixels, and the Height to 600 Pixels.
This will be our main picture from now on.

Open the background ... ik-background-01-left ...  copy (Ctrl+C) it, and paste (Ctrl+V) it on our main picture.

Choose the Transform Tool/Rotate by degree and set the value to 10.00. Click the button Rotate counterclockwise.
Keep the little picture activated, right click/Properties/Position & Size,
and change the Position to: Left: 6 / Top: - 40.
Click OK and deselect the small picture (Enter).

Open the background ... ik-background-01-right ...  copy (Ctrl+C) it, and paste (Ctrl+V) it on our main picture.

Choose the Transform Tool/Rotate by degree and set the value to 5.00. Click the button Rotate clockwise.
Keep the little picture activated, right click/Properties/Position & Size,
and change the Position to: Left: 331 / Top: - 13 .
Click OK and deselect the small picture (Enter).

Maximize the first picture we made - the one with the lady tube on it.
Copy (Ctrl+C) this picture, and paste (Ctrl+V) it on our main picture.
Right click/Properties/Position & Size and set the Position to: Left: 130 / Top: 0.
Deselect the picture (Enter).

Open the tube ... jet-beauty1-september-2007 ... one more time.
Copy (Ctrl+C) the tube, and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy of the tube on our main picture.
Right click the tube on the main picture/Properties/ Position & Size/Size, and resize the tube.
Make sure the box "Keep aspect ratio" is ticked. First change the Width to 576,
and then set the Position to: Left: - 44 / Top: - 1.
Keep the tube activated, but reduce the Transparency a little bit ... that will help you with the next step.

Choose the Eraser, Square, Size: 64, Trans: 0 and Soft edge: 0.
Erase everything from the tube, except this part of the hair which is coming outside the little picture in the middle.
You should not see the border of the little picture through the hair of the lady
(see Screenshot - here of course you'll see the border, but that's only because the Transparency of the tube is reduced!).
When you re satisfied with the result, reset the Transparency of the tube, and deselect the tube (Enter).

Right click/All, and go to Object/Insert Image Object/ Via Copy.
You will not see much difference from before ... the only difference is that the color
of the dotted line around the picture change from blue-black into white-black.
Keep the picture activated and go to Effect/Cybia/ Screen Works and choose Crescent Wave.
Keep the picture activated.

Choose the Pick Tool and change the Transparency to 60.
Right click/Merge.
Now the backgrounds (800x600) are merged together, but the small pictures are still unmerged.
Activate each of the small pictures, right click/Shadow and use these settings on each one of them:
Black + 5.altern. + 50/101/10.
Deselect the pictures (Enter).

Now open the the scrap element ... hart ... copy and paste the element on our main picture, and set the Position to:
Left: 493 / Top: 459.
Deselect the element (Enter).

Open the scarp element ... strik2 ... copy and paste the element on our main picture, and set the Position to:
Left: 412 / Top: 400.
Deselect the element (Enter).

Open the text file ... text_elegance ... copy and paste the copy on our main picture.
Right click the text-file on the main picture/Properties/Position & Size,
and use this Position: Left: 311 / Top: 4 .

Merge All.

Right click/All, right click/Border, Border width: 2 Pixels, and go to Edit/Fill/Color,
and fill the border with the Color: 207/122/131.
Deselect (spacebar).

Right click/All, right click/Convert to Object and deselect the "object" (Enter).

Go to Adjust/Expand Canvas, and expand all sides equally with 20 Pixels, Color: White.
Edit/Fill/Image and use the same fill as before ... rosesatin.jpg..
Click OK.

Right click/All, right click/Border, Border width: 2 Pixels, and go to Edit/Fill/Color,
and fill the border with the Color: 207/122/131.
Deselect (spacebar).

Activate our main picture (the "object"), right click/ Shadow, and use these settings:
Black + 4.altern. + 5/3/50/100/10.
Click OK, Merge All and the picture is finished. :))
