2 tubes, 1 mask, 1 background texture and 1 fill picture.

Before we
start, you should open the mask, and store them into your Easy
Palette. In case you need to freshen up your memory on how to save
a mask into the EP - you can take a look at one of my other
tutorials, where I explain a little bit more about how to use a
mask in PI. You'll find the tutorial here.
Important - in my tutorials my masks fit the chosen
background/object ... you achieve this by right clicking any mask
inside the original category Mask Library in your Easy Palette.
Now you choose the option Fit Mask.
Very important:
Do NOT merge the picture
before I tell you
to do so!

Open the background texture - tippy_texture_04.jpg
Open
the tube - ametista_once_it_was_a_ballroom_
020906 -, copy (Ctrl+C) the tube (1), activate
our main picture (2), and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy of the tube on
it.
Close the downloaded tube ... the tube on the main picture
should still be activated.
Right click the tube on our main picture/Properties/ Position
& Size (3)/Size and resize the tube.
Make sure the box "Keep aspect ratio" is ticked (red
arrow), and change the Width to 805 (white hand).
Now we can change the position of the tube too.
Left: 42 / Top: -77 (white arrows).
Click OK and keep the tube activated.

Choose
the Pick Tool (white hand) and change the Trans- parency to 60 (red
arrow).
Keep the tube selected.

Go
to Effect/optikVerve Labs/Virtual Photographer, choose the
Preset Ambience (red arrow) and click Process.
Merge All.

 |
Open
your Easy Palette/Libraries (white hand) and double-click the mask
... gh_grungeframe1mask_bunnys- atticdotcom (1) ..., which
you've downloaded, unzipped and stored into your EP.
On the screenshot you can see the mask applied on
the image (2).
Go to Edit/Fill/Color and fill the mask with the color:
197/187/150.
Deselect the mask (spacebar).

Open
the tube - JdL_Dancing_in-the-Street -, copy (Ctrl+C) the tube (1), activate
our main picture (2), and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy of the tube on
it.
Close the downloaded tube ... the tube on the main picture
should still be activated.
Right click the tube on our main picture/Properties/ Position
& Size/Size and resize the tube.
Make sure the box "Keep aspect ratio" is ticked (red
arrow), and change the Width to 226 (white hand).
Now we can change the position of the tube too.
Left: 20 / Top: 116 (white arrows).
Click OK and keep the tube activated.

Right
click/Shadow and use these settings:
Color: Black (white hand) + 3 altern. (red arrow)
X-offset: 2
Y-offset: 3
Transparency: 50
Shadow size: 100
Soft edge: 10
Click OK and Merge All.

Right
click/All, right click/Border, and use these settings:
Border width: 3 Pixels (white hand), Direction: Inward (red
arrow), Shape: Box and Anti-aliasing.
Click OK and keep the border selected.
Go to Edit/Fill/Color, and fill the border with the color:
63/48/25.
Deselect (spacebar).
Go to Adjust/Expand Canvas, and expand all sides equally with 10 Pixels, Color:
White.
Right
click/All, right click/Border, and use these settings:
Border width: 10 Pixels, Direction: Inward, Shape: Box and Anti-aliasing.
Keep the border selected.

Open
the picture named - 026_fill picture. (This is part of our main
picture before we used the mask on it!).
Copy (Ctrl+C) the fill picture (1), activate
our main picture ... where you can see the 10 Pixels border
selected (2) ..., and go to Edit/Paste/Fit into Selection (red
arrow).
Deselect (Enter).
Adjust/Expand Canvas, and expand all sides equally with 3 Pixels, Color:
63/48/25.
Add
some text as you want, and your blend is finished :))
