Brush: If you don't know, or are a little bit unsure how to install brushes in PI, take a look here - and install the brush picture called loveletter.jpg.

Very important:
Do NOT merge the picture before I tell you to do so!

Open a New Image, 600x520 Pixels, color: Black.

Open the tube - Marif_2006_september_misted_fleurs054 -, copy (Ctrl+C) the tube (1), activate our main picture (2), and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy of the tube on it.
Right click the tube on our main picture/Properties/ Position & Size (white hand)/Position:
Left: -7 (red arrow)
Top: 0 (white arrow).
Click OK and close the original tube.

Go to Edit/Fade Out and use these settings:
Fill type: 6.altern. (white hand)
Fill color: Two-color:
100% (red arrow) to 50% (white arrow).
Click OK.
Deselect the tube (Enter).

Open the tube - cansu_dere_TP -, copy (Ctrl+C) the tube and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy of the tube on our main picture.
Right click the tube on our main picture/Properties/ Position & Size/Position:
Left: 286 / Top: -9.
Close the original tube. The tube on our main picture should be still activated.

Choose the Pick Tool (white hand) and the commando Sent to Back (red arrow).
Keep the tube activated.

Go to Edit/Fade Out and use these settings:
Fill type: 6.
Fill color: Two-color:
100% to 20 %.
Deselect the tube (Enter).

Choose the Paintbrush Tool, and find under Texture Preview (red arrow) the brush - loveletter.jpg (1) - you've downloaded and installed inside PI.

I used the color 181/71/122 (white arrow), brush size: 200 (as you wish), Trans: 0, Soft edge: 50 (red arrow) and VERY IMPORTANT - Mode: Paint as object (white hand).
Paint now on the background as you can see on the screenshot (1).

' When you are satisfied with the brush painting, click the Pick Tool (white hand), and a small window appears on your screen. Click Yes.

Keep the brush activated and change the Transparency between 40 and 70 (as it fits your blend best).
Merge All.

Right click/All, right click/Border, and use these settings:
Border width: 1 (white hand)
Direction: Inward (red arrow)
Shape: Box and Anti-aliasing.
Click OK and keep the border selected.

Go to Edit/Fill/Color and fill the border with the color 170/61/110.
Deselect (spacebar).

Go to Adjust/Expand Canvas and untick the box "Expand sides equally" (red arrow). Change the Expand color to Black (white hand), and expand with 90 Pixels to the Right (white arrow).
Click OK.

One more time:
Right click/All, right click/Border:
Border width: 1, Direction: Inward, Shape: Box and Anti-aliasing.
Keep the border selected.

Go to Edit/Fill/Color (white hand) and fill the border with the same color as before:
Red: 170 / Green: 61 / Blue: 110 (red arrows).
Click OK and deselect the border (spacebar).

Add some text as you want, and your blend is finished :))

Here's the result in the original size :))
