IMPORTANT NOTE:

The tube I'm using is from Suzi Sgai, and the mask from the PI-Easy Palette.
Tube: you are allowed to download it here and use it for your private use,
but you are not allowed to change the name of the tube,
delete the watermark, offer it for sale or download.

Very important: Do NOT merge the picture before I tell you to do so!

Open a New Image, 800x600 Pixels, Color: White.
Go to Edit/Fill/Gradient (white hand)/Magic Gradient (1), choose the Mode: 7 (2), and click the Edit button (3).
Choose palette 109 in the Palette Ramp Editor. Drag the little white square, which is laying underneath the black square (red arrow) down. Right click the white square you've moved, and choose Delete (white arrow).
Click OK.

Go to Effect/UnPlugged Tools (red arrow)/Barcode Generator (white arrow) and choose the default settings (1).
Your screenshot might look different, since I'm using Filters Unlimited 2 - but the settings are the same anyway.
Click Apply.

Ctrl+D ... now you have to pictures similar in front of you. Resize one of them.
Go to Adjust/Resize, untick the box Keep aspect ratio (red arrow) and use these settings (1):
Width: 356
Height: 470
Click OK.

Expand all sides equally on this small rectangle:
1 Pixel, Color: White, select the border and fill with the same magic gradient we've used before.

Copy (Ctrl+C) the small rectangle and paste (Ctrl+V) it on the big background picture.
Choose the Transform Tool (white hand) and flip the small rectangle Horizontally (red arrow).
Leave the rectangle activated, right click/Properties & Size (1)/Position and use these settings:
Left: 220 and Top: 64 (white arrows):
Click OK and deselect the small rectangle (Enter).

Open the tube - SS_1325-Tube -, copy (Ctrl+C) the tube (1), activate our main picture (2), and paste (Ctrl+V) the copy of the tube on it.
Right click the tube on the main picture (2)/Properties/ Position & Size (white hand)/
and go to Size.
Check that you have ticked the box Keep aspect ratio (red arrow) and change the Width to 377 (white hand).
Now we can change the position of the tube:
Left: 200 and Top: 76 (white arrows).
Click OK and close the original tube (1). Our tube on the main picture should still be activated.

Change the Transparency of the tube to approx. 50%, zoom in on the tube as you can see on the screenshot and choose the Eraser Tool (white hand). I chose a square form for my eraser, Size: 40, with no Transparency and no soft edge.
Erase now everything of the tube which is outside the small rectangle (between the two red arrows on the screenshot).
If you are satisfied, reset the Transparency of the tube to 0.

Deselect the tube (Enter).

Open your Easy Palette/Libraries (white hand) and double-click the PI-mask P13 (1).  You can find this mask under Mask (red arrow)/Pattern (white arrow).
On the screenshot you can see that the mask applied on
the image (2).
Keep the mask selected.

Also on this screenshot you can see that the mask applied on the image (2).

Go to Edit/Fill/Gradient (1) and use these settings:
Fill type: 2.altern. (white hand)
Fill color: Two-color:
200/200/200 (white arrow) to 0/0/0 (red arrow).
Click OK and keep the mask activated.

Effect/FM Tilt Tools/Blend Emboss and use the default settings.
Click Apply (red arrow) and deselect the mask (Enter).

Activate the small rectangle again, right click/Shadow and use these settings:
Black, 5.altern. (red arrow) + 50/102/10.
Click OK and deselect the rectangle.

Add some text as you want and Merge All.

Expand all sides equally with 5 Pixel in White.
Right click/All, right click/Border, and use these settings:
Border width: 5 (white hand)
Direction: Inward (red arrow)
Shape: Box and Anti-aliasing.
Click OK and keep the border selected.
Go to Edit/Fill/Gradient and fill the border with the same Magic Gradient we used before.
Deselect (spacebar).

Expand all sides equally with 1 Pixel in Black, and your picture is finished :))

Here's the result in the original size :))

That's it! A beautiful picture ... made with PI, one mask, one tube and some 3rd party filters. HAVE FUN!!!
